  • Can I signup via the app?
    You can signup via the app and access your account upon confirming your email. Your 14 day free trail will be activated and you can create up-to 50 inspections. All features will be available to get a good feel of the app. If you would like to extend your free trail simply contact us.
  • What Hardware do I need?
    Yas inventories Mission Control works on any browser anywhere. We recommend iOS and Android devices within the last two years. We have integrated Ricoh Theta Z1 and Theta V into our app which allows you to directly capture images via the app. You can use other 360 cameras as well, but you will have to transfer the images to your phone gallery and attach that images via your phone.
  • How does the free trial work?
    Your free tail begins as soon as you activate your account, all of the features are unlocked so you can explore the Yas inventories app and its full capabilities. You will have 50 free inspections to test and play with.
  • Can I upgrade or downgrade ?
    Yes, simply go to your account settings under billing and decide if you would like to upgrade or downgrade your account. Choose your package and confirm your changes. Please note that you can only downgrade your account if the number of inspections you have carried out are less than the account you would like to downgrade. For example you have chosen the 250 inspection package but you have only carried out 50 inspections, in such a case, you can downgrade to the 100 inspections package.
  • How do I cancel my account?
    We do not like to tie our customers to contracts. You can cancel at any point. Go to account settings and billings, you will see an option at the bottom of page to cancel your account, simply confirm your cancellation and we take care of the rest for you.
  • What happens to my data when I cancel?
    After your cancel your account, the account will remain active till the end of the month. You will be able to access your account for an additional 30 days, this will allow you to view, share and download reports. After 30 days all data and account details will be deleted and this is irreversible, and you we will hold no record of your details.
  • Is my account safe and secure?
    At Yas inventories we take security seriously. We use third party servers (Amazon Web Services) with servers located in the U.K, by adding appropriate safeguards we add multiple layers of protection for personal and financial information you provide with Yas inventories.
  • Which mobile or Tablet can I use?
    We recommend iOS and Android devices within the last two years. Due to the high volume of images and text captured via the app, in order to get a more efficient performance we believe it will work best.
  • How do I connect my Theta 360 camera to the app?
    You can connect via bluetooth or Wi-Fi. We recommend connecting via Wi-fi as this allows faster image transfer between the camera and phone.
  • Are there any hidden fees?
    We don’t like hidden fees. We like to make everything as simple and as clear as possible.
  • What happens when I reach my limited reports?
    We will notify you before you reach your limit. You can go to your account and billings section and select to upgrade to the next plan you find appropriate for your needs.
  • Do I need internet connection?
    To access Mission Control and Yas Web you will need internet connection, as our web runs on cloud servers. On the Yas app you will need internet connection to create or select an inspection.
