The prices below are for a single inspection, either an inventory-in or a checkout report.
Please note that the prices exclude VAT, as we are not VAT registered.
Additional charges of £15.00 may apply for rooms such as separate bathrooms and toilets, independent living and dining rooms, houses or flats with multiple floors and hallways (each floor will be counted as an additional space),en-suites, conservatories, lofts, patios, gardens, and study rooms. It is also important to note that clerks can use their own discretion when specifying additional rooms. In addition, furnished sheds or garages requiring a list of items included in the inventory will incur an additional charge depending on the number of items present.
Please be aware that a surcharge of £60.00 will apply if we cannot access the property due to the wrong keys being provided or any other error from the agency which prevents our clerks from carrying out the inspection.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the inspection. Late cancellations will incur a fee of £60.00.
Payment can be made via bank transfer by quoting the invoice reference number.

The travel cost depends on several factors such as the distance, time, and day of the week. We offer services outside of regular 9-5 hours and on weekends, including Sundays, for an additional cost.
The inspections will be hosted on Dotin’s cloud and will be subject to Dotin’s terms of service. Please note that YAS INVENTORIES LTD cannot be held responsible for any loss of business or earnings resulting from issues with third-party software.
Upon registration, you will receive unique login credentials that grant exclusive access to all your inspections. From your Dashboard, you can view, share, print, and save them as PDFs.
If, for any reason, YAS INVENTORIES LTD ceases trading, you will have a period of 60 days to save your reports as PDF and download all associated images.
