Which locations are included in the pricing without incurring additional costs?

What is the cost of traveling to locations outside of those mentioned above?

The travel cost depends on several factors such as the distance, time, and day of the week. We offer services outside of regular 9-5 hours and on weekends, including Sundays, for an additional cost.

Where are the Matterport virtual tours hosted?

The virtual tour will be hosted on the Matterport cloud and will be subject to Matterport’s terms of service. Please note that YAS INVENTORIES LTD cannot be held responsible for any loss of business or earnings resulting from issues with third-party software.

What is the duration of the hosting period for the virtual tours?

The Matterport Virtual tours will be hosted for a duration of 6 months.

Can the hosting period be extended?

Yes, we can extend the hosting time for an additional 6 months. However, this will require an extra payment of £50.00 per virtual tour.

What happens to the Virtual Tour after the hosting period has finished?

After the hosting period has finished, we will keep the Virtual Tour in an archive for 6 months in case it is required again. However, we will permanently delete the Virtual Tour and all associated records after this period.

Can a Matterport Virtual Tour be transferred to a client’s Matterport account?

The Matterport virtual tour can be transferred to the customer’s Matterport account, allowing them to manage the Mattertags. Mattertags can include text, links, images, and videos.

What will our Virtual Tours’ fate be in the event of YAS INVENTORIES LTD ceasing operations?

If, for any reason, YAS INVENTORIES LTD ceases trading, we will help you set up a Matterport account and transfer all of your Virtual Tours to your account, giving you complete control over your tours.
